We, Nanjing Deers glad to announce that the first batch of cone1000H rubber fenders has been finished delivery this week. For the first batch of delivery, we have sent 9*40’ containers of goods to the destination port. The second batch of this order including rubber fender body, UHMW-PE face pad, T-bollards are still under producing in our factory.

According to the requirement from our client, we took the inspections of rubber fenders before the delivery under the witness of Bureau Veritas. These inspections include : visual and dimensional inspection, tensile strength testing in the laboratory, compression testing of fender body by our own 3000t compression testing machine. All of the results for the testings has been passed. Meanwhile, we provided the inspection pictures, videos to our client.
