Production
Mold core will be twined with rubber. After that, use PU foam layer to keep floating hose float. The outer cover layer is rubber. The cover layer will be twined with pressing cloth. Step by step, to make sure the hose is durable and flexible. After the self-floating hose is finished, it will be packed with PE film.

Product Testing
After the product is completed, in order to ensure the quality of the product, we will conduct self-test or third-party testing agency testing according to customer requirements, such as BV or SGS testing institutions, floating hose testing includes visual inspection, bending test, Pressure test. All test results meet the ISO standard.
