The cone fender adopts a new structural design of cone rubber body with steel frontal frame so that the design compression deflection of cone fender increases from 52.5% to 72% without increasing reaction force. Marine cone fender has been used and approved by many ports/jetties/docks very well. Cone fender has become more popular in today’s port design and represents the new standard of rubber fender. 

Cone fender installation :

1. 1. Install the steel frame and the PE pad together and place them horizontally;
   2. Hoist the cone fender on the back of the steel frame, and keep the holes of the fender correspond to other holes;
   3. Use bolts to fix the steel frame and cone fender body;
   4. Put the fastened fender assembly on the outside corresponding to the embedded parts of the dock by hoisting;
   5. Fix the other end of the rubber fender assembly with bolts, but do not completely tighten;
   6. Connect the U-ring with the lifting eyes of steel frame with the maximum length anchor chain;
   7. Adjust the chain to ensure that the cone fender is installed in a horizontal position without sagging, and tighten it with horizontal chains;
   8. Finally tighten the bolts, and clean up possible smudge during construction, and finally complete the installation.
