Not long ago, we produced a batch of the frontal panel with face pads for our customer in Southeast Asia. This is an open bid project, and our team won it in the end with unremitting efforts. These are designed to replace the broken frontal panel with face pads on the port. They come in three different specifications and will be used with the Arch fender.

Usually, cell fenders and cone fenders use frontal panel and face pads, but some clients also require the arch fender with frontal panel and face pads. The frontal panel is an enclosed fender steel panel and the face pads are UHMW-PE pads. They are mounted in the front of marine rubber fenders to reduce the force between ship hull and fenders and mooring shearing force and improve the service life of the rubber fenders.
