France Tender – Dredging maintenance of Norman ports 2026-2029

The Syndicat Mixte Ports de Normandie and the Syndicat Mixte des Ports de la Seine-Maritime have decided to create a joint procurement group for the joint consultation of dredging companies for the maintenance of the depths of the Port of Dieppe, Le Trport, Fcamp, Caen and Ouistreham-Cherbourg, Saint Valery-en-Caux and Le Havre-pche. The implementation is part of the respective operating budgets of each project owner. At the end of the consultation, each member of the group signs a framework work agreement and purchase orders with the service provider(s) for the lot and quantities corresponding to their needs and ensures their execution. The contract is valid for 1 year and tacitly renewable three consecutive times, for periods of one year, for a maximum duration of 4 years. The company holding the contract undertakes to subsequently carry out the orders synchronized by the works coordinator (PN). PN designates the Regional Mixed Union of Normandy Ports, SMPSM designates the Mixed Union of Ports of Seine-Maritime.
