Vertical installation methods of cylindrical fender
Today Nanjing Deers mainly introduces another special installation method of cylindrical fender, which is vertical installation. This installation way is mainly suitable for rubber fenders with smaller diameters less than 400mm. The upper and down of cylindrical fenders are installed with fixing anchors to concrete by one steel chain. And two steel plants can prevent the chains from wearing fender bodies. Some clients can also install a steel bar in the middle of the cylindrical fenders. this installation method is gradually accepted at some special projects.
The installation of cylindrical fender
Cylindrical fender is hollow cylindrical rubber products, according to the fender specifications that can be installed in three ways.
The first one is suitable for a small cylindrical fender, which can be installed on the wharf with a chain and U-shaped ring.
The second is suitable for the medium cylindrical fender, which is fixed to the wharf with a steel rod and two shorter chains.
For a large cylindrical fender, the steel frame structure is generally adopted to make it more secure and firm.
