It’s made of the strong rubber sheet with synthetic-cords. The compressed air inside can keep the pneumatic fender to float on water. It’s also as a shock absorber when ship to ship or ship to dock operations. It is the most appropriate anti-collision device for marine use. It can be supplied as sling-type as well as with a chain tire net so as to protect the fender’s body.

Established in 1965, the North Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration (SOA), located in Qingdao, known as the “Switzerland of the East”, is the agency accredited to Qingdao by the SOA and implementing Marine administration in the Bohai and Yellow Seas on its behalf.
To be responsible for the supervision and implementation of the national Marine laws and regulations in the local sea areas; to exercise Marine administration in the waters of the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea according to law; to accomplish the tasks assigned by the State, such as safeguarding maritime rights and interests, ensuring the rational development and utilization of Marine resources, protecting the Marine environment, and preventing and reducing marine disasters. The Beihai Sub-bureau is in charge of the waters north of the Xiuxiu Estuary at the border of Sulu and has made important contributions to the protection of China’s maritime rights and interests, the development of marine resources, the protection of the marine environment, and the prevention and mitigation of disasters.
