DN1000mm Dredge Ball Joints Shipped to Southeast Asia for Dredging Project
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production and shipment of DN1000mm dredge ball joints for a client in Southeast Asia. The ball joint will be used in the client’s dredging project as part of the dredging pipeline system.
Dredge ball joints are commonly used in pipeline systems where a certain degree of angular movement and flexibility is required. By allowing connected pipeline sections to move relative to each other, the ball joint can help the pipeline adapt to changes in working position and operating conditions during dredging.
For this order, the dredge ball joints were manufactured according to the client’s project requirements. Before shipment, the product underwent third-party inspection by Bureau Veritas (BV). The inspection was successfully completed, providing additional verification of the ball joints’ quality and compliance with the agreed requirements.
After passing the BV inspection, the ball joint was prepared for shipment. Because of its large size and weight, particular attention was paid to transportation safety. To keep the product stable during lifting, loading, and long-distance transport, steel support frame were placed underneath the ball joints and securely fixed in position. This arrangement helps reduce movement during transportation and provides additional protection against impact or damage.
The dredge ball joints have now been successfully dispatched and is on its way to the client’s project site in Southeast Asia.
