2000H Super Cell Fenders were well installed at the LNG Terminal
Nanjing Deers has successfully supplied a batch of 2000H Super Cell Fenders for a 200,000 DWT LNG terminal fender replacement project. The installation of the fender systems has now been successfully completed, and the upgraded berth is ready to provide reliable protection for LNG carriers calling at the terminal.
Based on the actual conditions of the terminal, different fender configurations were adopted. Some locations utilize a Single Fender per Frontal Panel arrangement, while others require a Double Fenders per Frontal Panel setup to accommodate varying berthing loads and operational conditions. Nanjing Deers provided a complete solution, including cell fender bodies, frontal panels, chains, shackles, and all necessary accessories.
Cell fenders are renowned for their high energy absorption, low reaction force, and excellent durability, making them ideal for large-scale terminals handling LNG carriers and other heavy vessels. Their robust design ensures reliable performance under demanding berthing conditions.
