ID650 floating hoses Ready for Shipment to Australia
Date:2026-10-19
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production, inspection, and packing of 20pcs ID650 floating hoses for a client in Australia. Each hose measures 11.8 meters in length, and the complete batch is now ready for shipment.
This order was actually confirmed by the client at the beginning of this year. However, according to the schedule of the client’s dredging project, the hoses were not required for immediate delivery. To coordinate with the project timeline, Nanjing Deers arranged the production plan for the second half of the year, ensuring that the hoses would be completed closer to the client’s required delivery period.
The supplied floating hoses have an internal diameter of 650 mm, with each unit measuring 11.8 m long. They will be used as part of the client’s dredging pipeline system, providing the flexibility and buoyancy required for floating pipeline operations.
Before delivery, the complete batch underwent the required inspections to verify product dimensions, appearance, workmanship, and overall quality. After successfully completing the inspection process, all 20 hoses were prepared and packed for long-distance transportation.
The order has now reached the final delivery stage. With inspection and packing completed, the 20 ID650 × 11.8 m floating hoses will soon be shipped to Australia in accordance with the client’s project schedule.
For dredging projects, delivery timing can be just as important as product quality. Nanjing Deers works closely with clients to coordinate production and shipment according to actual project progress, while supplying floating hoses in different diameters, lengths, and specifications for a wide range of dredging applications.
