ID600mm Dredging Pipelines Successfully Deployed in Reservoir Expansion Project
Nanjing Deers has recently received positive feedback from a customer regarding a newly commissioned ID600mm dredging pipeline system supplied for a reservoir expansion project. The complete pipeline package has been successfully installed and is now operating smoothly on site.
The supplied pipeline system was designed for Section II of the reservoir expansion project and included ID600 rubber discharge hoses, HDPE pipes, and pipe floats, with a total pipeline length of approximately 2km. The integrated pipeline solution was developed to meet the project’s dredging and slurry transportation requirements while ensuring reliable performance in challenging working conditions.
According to the customer’s specific requirements, the HDPE pipes were manufactured in white color instead of the conventional black. The white pipes provide greater visibility on the water surface, making pipeline identification and monitoring easier during daily operations.
Following installation and commissioning by the project contractor, the pipeline system has been operating successfully, and the customer has expressed satisfaction with the quality and performance of the products supplied by Nanjing Deers.
