ID600 Floating Hoses Ready for Delivery to Tianjin Dredging Company
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production and inspection of a batch of ID600 floating hoses for a dredging company based in Tianjin, China. The hoses will be used in one of the client’s upcoming port maintenance dredging projects.
Floating hoses are commonly used as part of floating dredging pipeline systems. With built-in buoyancy, they can remain afloat without additional pipe floats, making pipeline arrangement and relocation more convenient during dredging operations.
For this order, the ID600 floating hoses were manufactured according to the client’s project requirements. Before delivery, the hoses underwent the required inspections to verify their dimensions, appearance, and overall product quality.
All inspections have now been successfully completed, and the hoses are fully prepared for delivery. According to the current schedule, the complete batch will be transported to the client’s project site in two days, where they will be used in the port maintenance dredging operation.
Port maintenance dredging often requires reliable pipeline systems to continuously transport dredged material from the dredger to the designated discharge area. Self-floating hoses provide a flexible solution for the floating section of the pipeline, especially where frequent movement or adjustment of the dredging line may be required.
