Dia1.2m Ship Launching Airbags Ready for Shipment to Nigeria
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production, inspection, and packing of a batch of Dia1.2m ship launching airbags for a client in the Nigeria. All airbags have successfully passed the required inspections and are now packed and ready for shipment.
Ship launching airbags are widely used for vessel launching and hauling operations, providing a flexible and cost-effective solution for shipyards and marine engineering projects. Reliable rubber quality and structural strength are particularly important, as the airbags need to withstand significant loads and repeated compression during operation.
For this order, the inspection covered not only the routine quality and performance checks normally carried out before delivery, but also additional rubber material performance testing at the client’s request. The material tests were conducted to further verify the quality and mechanical properties of the rubber used in the airbags and ensure that the finished products meet the agreed technical requirements.
In addition to the ship launching airbags, Nanjing Deers also prepared a set of airbag repair tools for the client. These tools can be used for maintenance and minor repairs when necessary, helping the client handle basic repair work during future operation and maintenance.
Following the successful completion of all inspections, the Dia. 1.2 m ship launching airbags were carefully packed for transportation. The complete order is now ready to be shipped to the Dominican Republic.
