ID900mm Armored Floating Hoses were Ready for Shipment
We have recently completed the production of a batch of ID900 armored floating hoses for a long-term client, supporting their latest dredging project.
Compared with previous projects, the dredged material in this operation presents more demanding working conditions due to its special characteristics and higher abrasion potential. Based on the project requirements, Nanjing Deers recommended the use of armored floating hoses, which provide enhanced wear resistance and improved service life under harsh dredging conditions.
The supplied hoses combine the advantages of integrated buoyancy and reinforced wear protection, allowing stable floating performance while improving durability during slurry transportation. This customized solution helps reduce maintenance frequency and improve operational reliability for the client’s dredging activities.
Prior to shipment, all hoses successfully passed inspection and testing by Bureau Veritas (BV), confirming compliance with the required technical and quality standards. Following the completion of inspection, the hoses are now ready for shipment to the project site.
