Ship Launching Airbags are Ready for shippment to Shipyard
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production of a batch of ship launching airbags for a shipyard in Southeast Asia. These airbags will be used for the launching of newly built vessels, helping the shipyard carry out safe and efficient ship launching operations.
Ship launching airbags are widely used in the shipbuilding industry as a flexible and economical launching method. By placing the airbags beneath the hull, vessels can be gradually rolled into the water during launching. Compared with traditional slipway systems, this method offers greater flexibility, reduces infrastructure requirements, and allows shipyards to launch vessels of different sizes more conveniently.
Prior to delivery, the airbags underwent comprehensive inspections and performance testing to ensure they meet the required technical standards. The tests confirmed the airbags’ pressure resistance, structural integrity, and overall reliability for demanding marine operations. All products have now successfully passed the inspections.
With the testing process completed, the airbags have been carefully packed and are ready for shipment to the customer’s shipyard, where they will soon be used for upcoming vessel launching operations.
