800H Cell Fender Systems for Fujian Port Fender Replacement Project
Nanjing Deers has successfully completed the supply of a batch of 800H Cell Fenders for a port in Fujian, China. The fenders were provided for the replacement of the existing quay fender system, helping improve the berth’s protection performance and ensure safer vessel operations.
Based on the port’s original design requirements, the berth adopted a Double Fenders per Frontal Panel configuration. According to the fender information and technical parameters provided by the customer, Nanjing Deers completed the design and manufacturing of the replacement 800H Cell Fender system to ensure compatibility with the existing structure and installation requirements.
In addition to the cell fender bodies, Nanjing Deers also supplied the complete set of supporting components, including frontal panels, chains, and other required accessories, providing the customer with a comprehensive replacement solution.
Cell fenders are widely used in port and terminal applications due to their high energy absorption capacity, low reaction force, and excellent durability. The Double Fenders per Frontal Panel arrangement can provide higher energy absorption performance and better adapt to demanding berthing conditions.
The installation has now been successfully completed, and the new fender system is ready to provide reliable protection for vessels during berthing operations.
