ID900 dredging suction hoses have been delivered for CCCC
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production and delivery of a batch of ID900 dredging suction hoses for a branch company under China Communications Construction Company (CCCC). The hoses will be used in one of the client’s port dredging projects in China.
With an internal diameter of 900 mm, these suction hoses are designed for the suction section of dredging pipeline systems, where flexibility, wear resistance, and reliable performance under negative pressure are especially important.
During dredging operations, suction hoses are typically installed between dredging equipment and rigid pipeline sections, helping accommodate movement and vibration while transporting sediment-water mixtures efficiently. Their flexible structure also makes them suitable for demanding working conditions where continuous pipeline movement may occur.
Before shipment, the complete batch underwent the required quality inspections to verify the hoses’ dimensions, appearance, and overall manufacturing quality. All inspections have now been successfully completed.
Following the completion of testing, the ID900 suction hoses were packed and dispatched to the client and will soon be put into service in the port dredging project.
