150T T-Head Bollards Ready for Delivery to Shandong, China
Date:2026-10-15
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production and inspection of a batch of 150T T-head bollards for an engineering company in Shandong, China. The bollards will be used for a berth bollard replacement project, replacing existing units at the project site.
With a rated capacity of 150 tons, the supplied T-head bollards are designed to provide secure mooring points for vessels alongside the berth. T-head bollards are widely used at ports, terminals, and jetties because their shape allows mooring lines to be arranged effectively while providing reliable load-bearing performance.
For this replacement project, the new bollards were manufactured according to the required capacity and project specifications. Dimensional accuracy, casting quality, surface condition, and other relevant items were checked during the production and inspection process to ensure that the finished products met the agreed requirements.
The complete batch of 150T T-head bollards has now successfully completed inspection and is ready for delivery. The products are currently awaiting shipment and will soon be transported to the project site for subsequent replacement and installation.
Bollard replacement is an important part of berth maintenance, especially when existing mooring equipment has experienced long-term service, wear, or changes in operational requirements. Selecting bollards with the appropriate capacity and configuration helps ensure reliable vessel mooring and safe berth operations.
Nanjing Deers supplies T-head bollards and other marine bollard types in different capacities for new port construction, berth upgrades, and replacement projects. Customized bollard solutions can also be provided according to vessel requirements, mooring loads, and site conditions.
