Customized Tugboat Fender System were Delivered to Client
We have successfully completed the shipment of a complete set of tugboat fenders to a valued customer. The delivery includes sausage fenders, W fenders, and D fenders, all tailored specifically for the client’s tugboat application.
To ensure precise fit and optimal performance, the client carried out on-site measurements of the tugboat with guidance and support from Nanjing Deers. Based on the collected data, our engineering team designed a customized fender arrangement, ensuring that each fender type can be properly installed and function effectively during operations.
In this system, sausage fenders are typically installed at the bow and stern to provide all-round protection, W fenders are used for heavy-duty pushing operations, and D fenders are applied along the structure to enhance side protection. Together, these fenders form a comprehensive protection system for tugboat operations.
All fenders were manufactured under strict quality control procedures and inspected prior to delivery. The entire set has now been successfully shipped and is on its way to the customer.
