Successfully Delivery of Cable Floats with Steel Frame Packaging
Nanjing Deers has recently completed the production and delivery of a batch of cable floats for a client. The products have successfully passed the required quality inspections and are now fully packed and delivered.
Unlike the larger pipe floats commonly used to support dredging pipelines, cable floats are smaller in size and are specifically designed to provide buoyancy support for cables and other lightweight lines in marine and offshore applications. Their compact structure makes them easy to arrange and install according to different operational requirements.
For this order, the client had specific requirements regarding transportation and product protection. According to the client’s request, Nanjing Deers adopted steel frame packaging for the complete batch. The steel frames help keep the cable floats securely positioned during handling and transportation, reducing movement and providing additional protection against potential damage.
Before packing, the cable floats underwent quality inspections to verify their dimensions, appearance, and overall manufacturing quality. After successfully completing the inspection process, the products were carefully arranged inside the steel frames and prepared for delivery.
The complete batch has now been successfully packed and delivered as scheduled. This order once again demonstrates Nanjing Deers’ ability to provide customized products and packaging solutions according to the specific requirements of different clients and projects.
